• Based on the Order, and our design team input, we worked with our vendors to define the BOQ (or Bill of Quantity) and Specifications.
• Once the specifications for a project have been finalized, we prepare the drawings and specifications with our vendors and submit them to the end customer for approval.
• When the documents get approved, manufacturing starts with a delivery schedule based on a pre-approved plan. Once the first stage is manufactured, our QA team will do the first inspection and approves it based on our internal input.
• After the task is completed, an Inspection Call must be made containing all requisite documents.
• Once the Inspection has been completed and the report submitted, then a request for Delivery Confirmation Certificate (DCC) is sent. Upon receipt of said DCC, the product can be delivered.
